Pricing and scope are listed in the pricing page. Unless agreed otherwise, payments are non‑refundable. We may update prices with reasonable notice.
Personal data processing follows our Privacy Policy. You must ensure the lawfulness of processing personal data of your participants.
The Service’s content and software are protected by IP rights. Reverse engineering, copying or unauthorized use is prohibited.
The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Planned or unplanned downtime may occur.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated reasonably.
